Codex Voice is a local voice companion for Codex workflows. It combines an Electron dock, reusable internal packages, a LiveKit worker, and a thin bridge for thread context so spoken interaction can stay grounded in active coding work.

The current milestone is no longer about isolated experiments. The dock UI, spoken loop, and thread grounding are now stable enough to use as one internal workflow surface.
